Working in the field of therapy I get to meet a lot of people who are being effected by the power of fear. Not only do they have to contend with their subconscious programs running within that can create fearful perspectives. They have to also deal with the way the media constantly throws out fearful and dramatic content to grab their attention.
Words like crisis, scare, epidemic, pandemic etc are extremely common in the news etc as they hype up various stories and speculation to get an emotional reaction from its customers.
This really does add to stress and anxiety and if someone has money issues going on then the media can really help keep those issues going.
Why not reassess what you are exposing yourself to? Does it feel good? Does it help you? Will this help you create an amazing life?
Let go of what could be holding you back and experience more of what will inspire you to make those changes.
