How does the Law of Attraction work with Destiny?

There is no destiny, life plan, life purpose etc This is a man made idea created to feel like there is order in what we do and experience. This has led to fantasy stories of levels to reach, goals and missions to accomplish and karma to release which of course keeps that person nicely distracted from living life with the freedom they could be and from that changing this world to do something different. More and more people are awakening to their freedom each day and this is the next stage in the evolution of our consciousness.

You are a free, infinite, unlimited spark of consciousness having a human experience. This means that your reality is created by your thoughts, feelings and actions what comes next is Karma. LOA is another name for what comes next = Karma. Karma has been twisted into something that people have either in bad karma or good karma. But what comes next is experienced by a matter of perspective so karma in its twisted form becomes blurry.
Everything we do creates karma, so its a good idea to shift your attention and intention to what you want to create as the result is karma.

Spiritual people will reply to the same question with colourful stories of blueprints in DNA, life missions to fulfil, destinies to accomplish and that is a belief that each member does not have to have. It is a choice. Most stories are influenced by what people have read in books and as we like order we make it fit and translate experiences to fit those beliefs.

You can set yourself free from that. If you want to.

We can fulfil our lives by creating a purpose, mission or destination of something we really woudl like to experience and be flexible enough to flow where our nicely developed intuition guides us to fulfil that experience. Life is a neverending set of experiences with each second being a fresh new start and we have the freedom to choose again and again what to experience next and feel the love, gratitude and joy in whatever comes next. Revel in each experience and love each moment..this is the freedom of spirit.

If you choose to limit yourself with ideas of karmic debt, soul destinies etc that is entirely up to you. The universe will always reflect back what is limiting you. The spiritual community isnt in lots of cases a happy one due to too much effort, distraction and limitation placed upon itself. Yet it promotes so vigorously the concept of freedom and will shout it out loudly but only create change which doesnt threaten their own little bubble of beliefs.

You can be free. If you really want to.

The LOA, Karma, Universe will always bring to you whats being ignored, suppressed and limited within and of course it will do the opposite too.

The LOA, karma. Universe will always reflect your unlimitedness, infinite power, unconditional love and more…

Which way is your mind programmed?

One of the biggest reasons people dont get what they want is that that they dont know what they want and focus most of their attention on what they do not want to happen in their lives.

Where our attention and intention lies, is what we tend to experience. Each thought, feeling and action create what comes next.
If you feel you are lacking in an area of your life then it is time to find out where your attention is focused and also what programs you have running.

Here’s a way of finding out which way your mind is programmed. Take a piece of paper and split into two columns, you can also do this in excel or word.
Write I want in my life to experience….. in one column
Write I dont want to experience…..in another column.
Then as quickly as you can write down in each column as much as you can for 5 mins in each column what you want to experience and what you dont want to experience.

Which column was easier and flowed from your mind? Which column has the most experiences in? Are you aware on where your focus tends to be?
Also keep a note of what your inner dialogue tends to say to you. Is it confident and positive or does it focus on the dangers and drama of life?

The next step is to every day to start writing down what you wish to experience, what you enjoyed experiencing today and what you are grateful for in your life. Keep focusing on this in your mind. The more you focus your attention in this direction the more your subconscious will alter programs to help you get what you want.

Next step. Notice in your notes what is important for you to experience more of. Was it freedom, love, happiness, wealth, health? something else?
Take three of them and make them into a mantra. For example happy, healthy and wealthy or focused, free and fun…you get the idea. Now repeat as often as possible! Especially when relaxing or just before bed. The subconscious mind will do the rest.

Now it is time to get what you want.

(pay no attention to people who say wanting leaves you wanting as that is pure nonsense and that maybe their own program creating lack in their lives. They would love you to subscribe to that story too. Wanting is the first step to getting….simple as that.)

EFT for tapping wealth

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is absolutely brilliant at helping to manifest what you would like to experience more of. Just focus on what you would like to feel and just say it out loud whilst tapping the pressure points shown in this video. You can be as creative as you like!

Kick start your day

Every thought, feeling and action creates what you experience next.  When you wake up why not have a go at creating something new?

Here is a good list of things to do to start your day.

Laugh a lot

Instead of turning on the news and being filled with gloom, watch some comedy instead! I sometimes watch some Will & Grace or Frasier over breakfast and find myself laughing a lot which feels really good!  Body chemistry kicks in and the day is beginning with a smile on my face.                                                                                                                                                                         

Tap it in the shower   (keep it clean!)   

After giving yourself a good wash etc  why not use some tapping points on the face etc to manifest what you would like to experience during your day.  Use key words that resonate with you with what you are looking forward to happening that day.  I love saying things like “Bring on the most amazing day and I dare you to make it phenomenal”.  ” 

I also end the tapping with just a thanks for some of the great things I have and experience and will experience that day.  Self fulfilling prophecy here we come!

The Commute or walk to work    

If you are in a career that you are not enjoying so much then why not use the commute to explore and study something else?  There are so many books, audio cd’s and Mp3′s that could help you find and invest in something else for your life.  Why take up your time with newspapers or fictional books that do nothing to enhance your life?  Change your routine too, from the seat you sit in to the way you drive or walk.  Routines whilst they can feel nice and secure create a life where we become desensitized to life and nervous of change.

Kick start your day, no matter how tired you are with something different.  Just see, feel and hear what happens.

The Dangers of Positive Thinking

Years ago I was taught about the power of positive thinking and how it really could change your life.  It really does sort of make common sense doesn’t it?

Think positive and by seeing the good in life, feeling good about life and thinking great thoughts about the future will help you live a happy and fulfilled life.

The Law of Attraction then came into the spotlight and this pushed the positive thinking philosophy into a new light.  Films and books like The Secret, Cosmic Ordering and The Law of Attraction all promoted the power of positive thoughts.  The idea is that what you think and feel will attract what you experience in this life.  If you think about and feel wealthy then you will attract lots of wealth. Think healthy and you will attract great health and so on.

 I was a huge advocate of positive thinking back then, until my eyes were opened to actually how dangerous it can be.

 It started with noticing in Spiritual Forums and other spiritual websites that members were asking what to do about being around people who were negative.  These “negative” people were draining anyone who came near them and also attracting bad luck and drama into their lives. This was affecting the “positive” people who were asking how to get rid of these people from their lives or how to protect themselves from these terrible people.  Replies came thick and fast about energy shields, Guides with protective powers and even advice how to just keep away from them and cut them from their lives.

 Then I noticed clients coming to me with what seemed like positive thinking fear and fatigue.  This changed everything as they were masking their negative emotions with happy ones. This mask was exhausting to keep up day after day and was creating more anxiety and fear than the original emotion! 

The fear of negative thoughts and what that could create in their lives was terrifying, running from these emotions in the hope that they would just disappear wasn’t working. It was creating a volcano of trapped emotions waiting to erupt and that pressure was making them ill.

 Masking emotions with positive ones does not work. It can increase anxiety which can lead to depression which as we all know is not fun to experience at all.

 First of all it is worth addressing the Law of Attraction.  I do believe it is deeply misunderstood which is part of the problem for some stressed out people. 

Myth – “What you think you will attract”.

This is utter nonsense.  I know people who fantasise about the weirdest of things which are very imaginative and definitely not happening to them. Thank God this myth isn’t true or we would be experiencing the strangest world ever!

 Myth – “Negative people are draining”.

Better not be a therapist then as that would leave you looking like a wrinkled old prune after each client. (No funny comments please LOL) I sometimes see around 20 -30 people a week and in some cases they are going through a rough time and appear negative in thought and behaviour. Does their energy affect me? No. Have I got shields, guides and whatever protecting me? No.

It is all down to how I see the person I am working with.  I see them in a transitional phase of their life which tends to make people going through that part of life becoming stronger and wiser. I see the potential in that client and what they are capable of achieving. This is very exciting which means that I can work with my client in balance, helping them to remember who they truly are. I don’t see them as negative which makes all the difference.  If people feel they need protecting then beliefs will create a program in the mind which just reminds them in various situations how dangerous this world is.  This feeds anxiety.

If someone is appearing to be negative, ask yourself how could you help them?  It might be something simple like a hug, just listening to them or pointing them to a resource for help.  Treat others how you would like to be treated.

 Emotions are very scary for a large part of the population of earth.  People with distract themselves from any unfamiliar or uncomfortable feeling.  Yet the feeling can be so short and gone with seconds but the fight not to feel it has already begun prolonging the experience and transforming it to something else. 

 Exploring your feelings no matter how uncomfortable they feel will help you understand yourself and how your body reacts to an experience.  The effect seems to be that the emotion you didn’t want to feel literally begins to change whilst exploring it anyway and soon begins to vanish.

 Positive thoughts can be such a distraction and simply just mask what is going on within you.

 If you were unafraid of your emotions and knew that they all just pass on soon anyway, think about how this would change your life?

 Frustration

Anger

Jealousy

Boredom

Fear

Anxiety

Self loathing

Guilty

 These are just some of the emotions people will do anything to change instead of exploring them.  How often when bored do people turn to food or the television to change how they feel?  They then can feel guilty or unfulfilled which leads to more emotional upset and the cycles continue.

It is ok to have a negative thought or feeling.  By acknowledging that it is there and feeling the feeling, it will begin to change and do something different.

Where is the feeling?  Sensations? Intensity? Explore!

The choice becomes do I want to hold onto this feeling or not?

 Shall I just let it go now?

 Breathe it out.

 See and feel what’s changed.

If it has not then, that is ok.  It will do so soon.

 This is much better to do than mask emotions with positive thoughts.  Emotions don’t like to be buried and will just bite you on the bum when it can later!

 You are capable of a huge range of emotions and life will bring most of those up now and then. End your war with emotions and allow yourself to experience them.  You are not your emotions either.  No-one is a happy or sad person, they are much more than that.
