My name is Paul Sheppard and I work as The Life Doctor. I am based in Brighton & Hove in the UK. I work as therapist and spiritual guide / teacher. The work I focus on is helping people who want to make changes to their lives find a way to do so. By getting back to basics of who we truly are we can experience life on a whole new level. It is exciting stuff and I feel humbled and honoured to be part of helping others experience what they truly deserve to.
