What are you singing?

If you are singing over and over songs of love, betrayal, being disrespected, hating men, women etc…I wonder what this conscious act creates in the way of a subconscious program for you to experience?
Interesting to hear what anxious clients listen to.
What about you?

I’m listening to ’99 Luftballons’ by Nena – way better in the original German! This song is so uplifting that I’d challenge anyone feeling anxious to listen to it and try & keep still…every red balloon flying up seems to be another worry sent on it’s way…..the deeper meaning of the song (which is very much lost in the English translation) is connected to a whole lot of fuss about nothing, and this is one way we can look at our worries & fears …….sound familiar?
